"思、专、产、创"互融互通教学体系的构建——以食品质量与安全专业为例

为提升创新创业教育质量,实现高水平、高素质专业型创新人才培养的目的,本研究强调思政教育引领教学活动,通过课程思政使学生树立正确价值观,形成长效创新驱动机制及产业服务意识,为创新创业实践注入活力;通过开发食品专业创新创业课程,构建了食品质量与安全专业专创融合的课程体系;并将创新创业教育内容与食品产业需求对接,以实际需求为导向开展创新创业活动.从而实现了思政教育、专业教育、产业实践与创新创业教育的互融互通,形成了富有特色的食品质量与安全专业创新创业教学体系,并为相关专业的人才培养提供了参考.
Construction of"Ideology,Specialization,Industry and Innovation"Teaching System:Take Food Quality and Safety Major as an Example
To improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education and achieve the purpose of training high-level and high-quality professional,innovative talents,this study emphasized that ideological and political education lead teaching activities and helped students establish correct values through curriculum ideology and political education,which formed a long-term innovation driving mechanism and industrial service awareness and injected vitality into innovation and entrepreneurship practice.Through the development of food innovation and entrepreneurship courses,a course system integrating specialized education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in food quality and safety majors was constructed.Meanwhile,the content of innovation and entrepreneurship education was designed based on the requirements of the food industry,and innovation and entrepreneurship activities were carried out with the guidance of actual requirements.In this way,ideological and political education,specialized education,industrial practice,and innovation and entrepreneurship education were integrated and interoperable,and the characteristic innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system for food quality and safety major was built,which can be the reference for talent cultivation of related majors.
