摘要
乡村振兴需要人才支撑,倡导大学生返乡就业创业可以有效缓解乡村人才紧缺现状,解决大学生就业难题,为乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴提供支撑.所以推动大学生返乡创业就业,拥有时代的必然性.针对大学生返乡创业中却面临着返乡意愿不高、返乡创业就业能力不足以及缺乏外部支持的问题,应采取深入宣传政策,理性引导就业创业、构建返乡创业就业教育体系、多方协调联动提高返乡就业创业质量等策略,帮助大学生更好地返乡就业以促进乡村振兴战略的实施.
Abstract
Rural revitalization requires talent support.Advocating for college students to return home for employment and entrepreneurship can effectively alleviate the shortage of rural talents,solve the problem of college students'employment,and provide support for rural industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization.So promoting the return of Tian students to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment has the inevitability of the times.In response to the problems faced by college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,such as low willingness to return home,insufficient employment ability,and lack of external support,it is necessary to adopt in-depth publicity policies,rationally guide employment and entrepreneurship,build an education system for returning home for entrepreneurship,coordinate and link multiple parties to improve the quality of returning home for employment and entrepreneurship,and help college students better return home for employment to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
