乡村精神文明建设是凝心铸魂的工作,是巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的题中应有之义,是助推乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴的精神动力.但由于历史和现实的局限性,推进乡村精神文明建设面临着乡村文化载体不足、文明教育不够深入、人居环境建设缓慢、队伍建设薄弱等困境.新时代背景下推动乡村精神文明建设再上新台阶,需结合乡村振兴战略的内涵,从创新文化载体、加强文明教育、构建生态文明、优化组织体系等层面提高乡村精神文明建设的实效性,为乡村精神文明建设工作提供内生动力、文化氛围及精神保障.
Abstract
The construction of rural spiritual civilization is a work that solidifies the heart and soul,an essential part of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting them with rural revitalization,and a spiritual driving force for promoting rural industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization.However,due to the limitations of history and reality,promoting the construction of rural spiritual civilization faces difficulties such as insufficient carriers of rural culture,insufficient depth of civilization education,slow construction of living environment,and weak team building.To promote rural spiritual civilization to a new level in the context of the new era,it is necessary to combine the connotation of the rural revitalization strategy,improve the effectiveness of rural spiritual civilization construction from the aspects of innovative cultural carriers,strengthening civilized education,building ecological civilization,optimizing organizational systems,etc,and provide endogenous motivation,cultural atmosphere,and spiritual guarantee for rural spiritual civilization construction work.
