Promoting the development of rural employment for college students from the perspective of common prosperity can further strengthen the talent reserve in rural areas and provide a talent guarantee for the development of industries,economy,and social construction in rural areas.In response to the current problems of incomplete employment security system and fragmented employment guidance structure for college students,universities should formulate systematic education programs for nurturing talents,and through measures such as improving the employment support service system and building a systematic employment guidance mechanism,pave the way for college students to pursue employment opportunities in rural areas,thereby enabling college students to make important contributions to achieving the goal of common prosperity in rural areas.
