The revitalization of the countryside requires talent as the key.The construction of rural revitalization has put forward higher requirements for the quality and ability of modern agricultural talents in our country,especially the cultivation of rural management talents,among which agricultural accounting talents are the backbone of the rural management team.However,due to the long-standing superiority of urban environments and the urgent need for industrial development,the current accounting talent training is mainly focused on manufacturing enterprises,leading to a shortage of rural accounting talents that cannot meet the needs of rural economic development under the background of rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the training,innovate the theoretical teaching system of agricultural accounting,and strengthen policy guidance to provide more agricultural accounting talents for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
