Research on Teacher Training Strategies of Local Normal Colleges in Supporting Rural Education under the Background of Rural Revitalization
As an important institution for cultivating rural teachers,local normal colleges shoulder the responsibility of improving the quality of rural teachers.Through the analysis of the current situation of teacher training in rural education supported by local normal colleges,there is still an unclear positioning of training objectives,unreasonable curriculum design,lack of systematization and standardization in educational practice,and imperfect collaborative training mechanisms.Aiming at the problems in teacher training in local normal colleges,clear training objectives have been proposed,improve the curriculum system,strengthen the ability of educational practice,optimizing strategies such as improving collaborative education mechanisms and post-service training systems for teachers,in order to cultivate a high-quality teaching team,revitalize rural education,and promote balanced development of education in China.
