乡村振兴背景下地方师范院校助力乡村教育的师资培养策略研究

党的十九大首次提出乡村振兴战略,乡村要振兴,教育必先行,高质量的乡村教师队伍是乡村教育振兴的基础.地方师范院校作为培养乡村教师的重要机构,肩负着提高乡村教师质量的重任.通过地方师范院校助力乡村教育的师资培养现状分析,目前还存在着培养目标定位不明确;课程设置不合理;教育实践缺乏系统性和规范性;协同培养机制不完善等问题.针对地方师范院校师资培养存在的问题,提出了明确培养目标;建构新课程体系;强化教育实践能力培养;完善协同育人机制和教师职后培训体系等的优化策略,从而培养出高质量的教师队伍,进而振兴乡村教育,促进我国教育均衡发展.
Research on Teacher Training Strategies of Local Normal Colleges in Supporting Rural Education under the Background of Rural Revitalization
As an important institution for cultivating rural teachers,local normal colleges shoulder the responsibility of improving the quality of rural teachers.Through the analysis of the current situation of teacher training in rural education supported by local normal colleges,there is still an unclear positioning of training objectives,unreasonable curriculum design,lack of systematization and standardization in educational practice,and imperfect collaborative training mechanisms.Aiming at the problems in teacher training in local normal colleges,clear training objectives have been proposed,improve the curriculum system,strengthen the ability of educational practice,optimizing strategies such as improving collaborative education mechanisms and post-service training systems for teachers,in order to cultivate a high-quality teaching team,revitalize rural education,and promote balanced development of education in China.
