目的 探索不同范围羧甲基纤维素钠黏度的最佳测试条件.方法 采用Brookfield DV-Ⅱ和NDJ-1型旋转黏度计研究羧甲基纤维素钠的黏度测试条件.结果 羧甲基纤维素钠标示黏度1000~2500 mPa·s,适用62号(2号)转子,转速12 r/min或63号(3号)转子,转速30 r/min;标示黏度2500~8000 mPa·s,适用63号(3号)转子,转速12 r/min或64号(4号)转子,转速60 r/min;标示黏度8000~12 000mPa·s,适用64号(4号)转子,转速30或60 r/min.结论 最佳条件下,产品的黏度测定准确度高、重现性好,克服了不同生产企业因使用仪器及测试条件不同,导致结果偏差较大的问题.
Study On Test Conditions for Viscosity of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose
Objective To explore the optimum test conditions for the viscosity of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in different viscosity ranges.Methods The test conditions were studied by Brookfield DV-Ⅱ or NDJ-1 type rotation viscometer.Results In the viscosity range of 1000-2500 mPa·s,the optimum test condition was rotor No.62(No.2),rotation speed 12 r/min or rotor No.63(No.3),rotation speed 30 r/min; in the viscosity range of 2500-8000 mPa·s,the optimum test condition was rotor No.63(No.3),rotation speed 12 r/min or rotor No.64(No.4),rotation speed 60 r/min; in the viscosity range of 8000-12000 mPa·s,the optimum condition was rotor No.64(No.4),rotation speed 30 or 60 r/min.Conclusion Under the screened test condition,the results are accurate and repeatable,and can overcome the deviation of results caused by using different instruments and test conditions.
