目的 建立通宣理肺颗粒中紫苏叶挥发油掺伪桂皮油的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检查方法.方法 通过收集通宣理肺颗粒挥发油富集挥发性成分,并采用HPLC测定通宣理肺颗粒中桂皮醛.以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65);检测波长:290nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0ml/min;进样量:10μl.结果 97批次(83个生产批号,10家生产企业)通宣理肺颗粒中有42批次(41个生产批号,2家生产企业)检出桂皮醛.结论 此法对通宣理肺颗粒中掺伪桂皮醛有鉴别作用,方法专属性强,重复性好,为监管该中成药的质量起到了一定作用.
Detection of Cinnamon Oil Adulterated in Volatile Oil of Perilla Leaf with in Tongxuanlifei Granules
Objective To establish a method for the detection of perilla leaf volatile oil adulterated with cinnamon bark oil in Tongxuanlifei Granules.Methods The volatile components were enriched by collecting the volatile oil of Tongxuanlifei Granules,and cinnamaldehyde in Tongxuanlifei Granules was determined by HPLC.Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as filler.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(35∶65).The detection wavelength was 290 nm;The column temperature was 35℃;The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;The injection volume was 10 μl.Results Cinnamaldehyde was detected in 42 batches(41 production batch numbers,2 production enterprises)out of 97 batches(83 production batch numbers,10 production enterprises)of Tongxuanlifei Granules.Conclusion The method can identify the adulterated cinnamaldehyde in Tongxuanlifei Granules.It has strong specificity and good reproducibility,which plays a certain role in supervision of the quality of the Chinese patent medicine.
