Simultaneous Determination of 4 Constituents in Compound Camphor Tincture by GC
Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of ethanol,camphor,star anisi oil and benzoic acid in Compound Camphor Tincture.Methods An Agilent DA-INNOWax(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)capillary column with programmed temperature was used.The inlet temperature was set at 220 ℃,and the FID detector temperature was set at 250 ℃.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas,and the flow rate of nitogen was 1 ml/min.The spilt ratio was 20∶1,and the volume of sample injection was 1 μl.Results Under the above condition,ethanol,camphor,star anisi oil and benzoic acid had good linear relationships in the mass concentration range of 106.65-533.25,0.1424-0.7118,0.1664-0.8318,0.2379-1.1895 mg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.8%,101.1%,98.6%,103.4%,and RSDs(n=9)were 1.5%,1.2%,1.8%,2.4%,respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate,reproductive and stable,and can be used for quality control of Compound Camphor Tincture.
