GC法同时测定复方樟脑酊中4种成分的含量

目的 建立气相色谱法同时测定复方樟脑酊中乙醇、樟脑、八角茴香油和苯甲酸含量的方法.方法 采用Agilent DA-INNOWax毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),程序升温,进样口温度为220 ℃,氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为250℃,载气为高纯氮气,载气流量1ml/min,分流比20∶1,进样量1μl.结果 在该色谱条件下,乙醇、樟脑、八角茴香油和苯甲酸分别在106.65~533.25,0.1424~0.7118,0.1664~0.8318,0.2379~1.1895 mg/ml范围内与对照品峰面积/内标峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.8%,101.1%,98.6%,103.4%;RSD分别为 1.5%,1.2%,1.8%,2.4%(n=9).结论 该法准确方便,重现性高、稳定性好,可用于复方樟脑酊的质量控制.
Simultaneous Determination of 4 Constituents in Compound Camphor Tincture by GC
Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of ethanol,camphor,star anisi oil and benzoic acid in Compound Camphor Tincture.Methods An Agilent DA-INNOWax(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)capillary column with programmed temperature was used.The inlet temperature was set at 220 ℃,and the FID detector temperature was set at 250 ℃.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas,and the flow rate of nitogen was 1 ml/min.The spilt ratio was 20∶1,and the volume of sample injection was 1 μl.Results Under the above condition,ethanol,camphor,star anisi oil and benzoic acid had good linear relationships in the mass concentration range of 106.65-533.25,0.1424-0.7118,0.1664-0.8318,0.2379-1.1895 mg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.8%,101.1%,98.6%,103.4%,and RSDs(n=9)were 1.5%,1.2%,1.8%,2.4%,respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate,reproductive and stable,and can be used for quality control of Compound Camphor Tincture.
