Chronic kidney disease(CKD)has become an important public health problem in China.As an important complication of CKD,anemia of chronic kidney disease seriously affects the quality of life and survival rate of CKD patients.In China,patients with anemia caused by chronic kidney disease have low compliance rates and poor compliance,and this serious problem needs to be solved by a multidisciplinary team.This review summarizes the epidemiology,disease status,mechanism of action,disease hazard,drug treatment of anemia in chronic kidney disease,and summarizes the preliminary pharmaceutical care suggestions.It is necessary for pharmacists to integrate into the medical team and use high-quality pharmaceutical care to win the appreciation of patients.
