摘要

目的 建立离子色谱法测定杏苏止咳糖浆中氢氰酸含量.方法 离子色谱法采用Thermo Fisher Dionex Ion Pac AS11分析柱(4 mm×250 mm),Thermo Fisher Dionex Ion Pac AG11保护柱(4 mm×50 mm),流动相为0.05 mol/L NaOH溶液;流速为0.8 ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测器为脉冲安培检测器,工作电极为银电极,参比电极为Ag/AgCl,检测电位为三电位,进样量25 μl.结果 氢氰酸在0.05~25.00 μg/ml浓度范围内,呈良好线性关系,R2=0.9990.平均加样回收率为100.32%.结论 该方法简便、快速、专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好、结果稳定可靠,可用于杏苏止咳糖浆的大批量、快速测定.

Abstract

Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of hydrogen cyanide in Xingsu Zhike Syrup.Methods Ion chromatography was performed on Thermo Fisher Dionex Ion Pac AS11 analytical column(4 mm×250 mm)and Thermo Fisher Dionex Ion Pac AG11 guard column(4 mm×50 mm)at the temperature of 35℃,using 0.05 mol/L NaOH solution at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min as mobile phase.Meanwhile,a pulsed ampere detector was used for detection,a silver electrode was used as the working electrode,and an Ag/AgCl electrode was used as the reference electrode.A triple-potential system was used for potential detection,and the injection volume was set as 25 μl.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05-25.00 μg/ml for hydrocyanic acid,with R2 of 0.9990.The average recovery was 100.32%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,specific,sensitive,reproducible and reliable,and can be used for the large-scale and rapid determination of Xingsu Zhike Syrup.
