透明质酸寡糖的护肤功效研究

目的 验证透明质酸寡糖在保湿、舒缓、修护、抑制炎症及抗氧化方面的护肤功效.方法 通过乳猪皮透皮吸收实验检测透明质酸寡糖透皮吸收能力;通过斑马鱼实验验证透明质酸寡糖的保湿和舒缓功效;构建3D表皮皮肤模型检测透明质酸寡糖的修护作用;利用巨噬细胞炎症因子表达实验证明透明质酸寡糖在抑制炎症因子表达方面的作用;以及通过1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼基自由基(DPPH)清除能力实验揭示透明质酸寡糖的抗氧化功效.结果 透明质酸寡糖皮下透过率高达54%;斑马鱼尾部面积明显增加并且中性粒细胞数量明显减少;丝聚蛋白(FLG)、闭合蛋白 1(Claudin-1)、透明质酸的受体(CD44)、神经酰胺浓度均有提升;炎症因子IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2表达量下降;自由基清除率高达85.55%.结论 透明质酸寡糖在保湿修护、舒缓抗炎以及抗氧化方面功效显著,为化妆品原料开发与应用提供新的思路与数据支持.
Study on Skin Care Efficacy of Hyaluronic Acid Oligosaccharides
Objective To verify the skin care efficacy of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides in moisturizing,soothing,repairing,anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation.Methods The transdermal absorption ability of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides was detected through suckling pig skin transdermal absorption experiment;the moisturizing and soothing effects of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide were verified through zebrafish experiments;the repair effect of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides was detected by construction of a 3D epidermal skin model;the role of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides in inhibition of the expression of inflammatory factors was proved by the expression experiment of macrophage inflammatory factors;the antioxidant effect of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides was revealed through the experiment on the scavenging ability of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazine radical(DPPH).Results The subcutaneous permeability of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides was as high as 54%;the tail area of zebra fish was significantly increased and the number of neutrophils was significantly reduced;the concentrations of filamentous protein(FLG),closed protein 1(Claudin-1),hyaluronic acid receptor(CD44)and ceramide were all increased;the expression levels of IL-1β,TNF-α and PGE2 were decreased;the clearance rate of DPPH free radical was as high as 85.55%.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid oligosaccharids have significant effects of moisturizing and repairing,soothing and anti-inflammatory,and anti-oxidation,which provides new ideas and data support for the development and application of cosmetic raw materials.
