Progress on Extraction,Purification and Biological Activity of β-Glucan from Grains
Grains are one of the important sources of food for humans and β-gucan is a functional polysaccharide.This article reviews the extraction,purification and biological activity of β-glucan from grains,analyzes the impact of different extraction methods on purity and yield of β-glucan,and elucidates the advantages,disadvantages and separation effects of different purification methods,which can provide reference for the in-depth and comprehensive development and utilization of β-glucan from grains.
