Progress on Chemical Components,Pharmacological Mechanisms,and Development and Utilization of Croci Stigma
The medicinal part of Croci Stigma is the stigma,which mainly contains terpenoids and flavonoids,and its main effective ingredients are crocins which are belonging to terpenoids.This article investigates relevant literature,invention patents and public data on official websites at home and abroad in recent years.The main pharmacological mechanism and development of products of Croci Stigma are preliminarily summarized,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for the in-depth research on the pharmacological mechanism of crocins,as well as the exploration and development of drugs,health food,food and value-added products.
