摘要
目的 建立并优化大青叶的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,结合聚类分析(CA)对不同产地及批次的大青叶药材质量进行比较研究.方法 采用HPLC建立10个批次大青叶药材的指纹图谱,对其进行了相似度比较,并运用SPSS软件进行CA分析.结果 优化了色谱柱、流动相条件,建立了大青叶药材的共有指纹特征图谱;CA将所有批次大青叶药材共分为3类,反映了10个批次药材的质量特征差异.结论 HPLC指纹图谱结合CA可对不同产地、不同批次大青叶药材质量的差异进行客观、有效的评价分析,为全面控制大青叶药材的质量提供依据.
Abstract
Objective To establish and optimize the HPLC fingerprint of Isatidis Folium,and compare the quality of medicinal herbs of different batches and from different origins using cluster analysis(CA).Methods The fingerprints of 10 batches of Isatidis Folium were established by HPLC.Similarity comparison was performed and further CA was conducted using SPSS software.Results The chromatographic column and mobile phase conditions were optimized to establish a common characteristic fingerprint of Isatidis Folium.All batches of Isatidis Folium medicinal herbs were divided into 3 categories by CA,reflecting the differences among the quality characteristics of 10 batches of medicinal herbs.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint combined with CA can objectively and effectively evaluate and analyze the quality differences of Isatidis Folium medicinal herbs of different batches and from different origins,thus provide basis for comprehensive quality control of medicinal herbs.
