Quality Analysis and Control Measures for Warehousing Acceptance of TCM Decoction Pieces in Our Hospital
Objective To analyze the quality problems existing in the warehousing acceptance of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital,and explore the measures to improve the quality of TCM decoction pieces,thus ensure the safety of clinical medication.Methods A total of 223 123 batches of warehousing acceptance records of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital's HIS information management system from January 2019 to December 2022 were summarized.The data of rejection of TCM decoction pieces from January 2019 to December 2022 were statistically analyzed,sorted and summarized by Excel software.Results 2756 batches of unqualified TCM decoction pieces were rejected in 4 years,and the return rate was 1.24%.The main reasons for return were improper processing,mildewing,insect infestation,adulteration,improper collection,packaging problems,delivery problems,etc.Conclusion There are many factors that affect the quality of TCM decoction pieces.The quality control system of TCM decoction pieces has been used in our hospital to improve the storage quality,enhance the safety and efficacy of clinical medication,and better serve patients.
