Research Progress on Anti-tumor Molecular Mechanism of Arsenic Trioxide
Arsenic trioxide(As2O3)was initially concerned by researchers for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL),and has since been widely used in the treatment of a variety of malignant tumors. The anti-tumor mechanism of As2O3 mainly includes:inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of tumor cells, inhibiting angiogenesis, targeting cancer stem cells and reversing chemotherapy resistance of tumor cells.Based on the latest research results, the anti-tumor molecular mechanism of As2O3 is reviewed in this paper, which aims to provide ideas for further research and clinical application of its anti-tumor activity.
