Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of 13 kinds of illegally added ARB and diuretic drugs in compressed candy products by UPLC-MS/MS.Methods The samples were ultrasonically extracted by methanol,separated on a SB-C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.7 μm),using 5 mmol/L ammonium formate and acetonitrile as the mobile phase for gradient elution.In the positive and negative ion scanning mode,MRM was used for detection.Results 13 kinds of ARB and diuretic drugs including azilsartan,telmisartan,losartan,metolazone,and so on,showed good linearity in the mass concentration range of 0.5-10 μg/L.The correlation coefficients were 0.9951-0.9995.The recoveries at spiked levels of 0.125,0.25,1.25 mg/kg ranged from 85.0%to 115.0%.The limit of detection of 13 kinds of ARB and diuretic drugs was 50 μg/kg and the limit of quantification was 125 μg/kg.Conclusion The method developed in this study is simple,fast,convenient and sensitive,and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of ARB or diuretic drugs in compressed candy products.
