As a new type of micro solid preparation,mini-tablets have the advantages of low irritation,high patient compliance,long action time and high bioavailability.Ophthalmic mini-tablets,as one type of mini-tablets,can avoid frequent dosing and improve patient comfort.Mini-tablet preparation is the current research hotspot,and ophthalmic mini-tablets have broad research prospects.This article mainly elaborates on the characteristics of ophthalmic mini-tablets and the relevant research on ophthalmic mini-tablets at home and abroad in recent years,and summarizes the influencing factors and research prospects of ophthalmic mini-tablets from multiple perspectives.
