Study on Correlation between Contents of Flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla Medicinal Materials from Different Origins and Climate Changes
Objective To explore the correlation between the contents of total flavonoids and 7 kinds of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins and climate changes.Methods The contents of total flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and the contents 7 kinds of flavonoids were determined by HPLC.The content of each component was analyzed,and the correlation analysis was carried out in combination with climate change factors.Results There were differences in the contents of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins.However,the precipitation in different areas was the main factor affecting the content of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla.The high precipitation was helpful to the formation and accumulation of flavonoids.Conclusion This study provides an experimental basis for the resource development and quality evaluation of Abelmoschi Corolla from different origins,and has guiding significance for ensuring the quality of Abelmoschi Corolla and promoting the development of Abelmoschi Corolla industry.
