近红外光谱结合HPLC对清肺抑火片多指标成分的含量测定

目的 创建一种能快速测定清肺抑火片中黄芩苷、大黄酚、栀子苷、芒果苷、盐酸小檗碱、白花前胡甲素6种成分含量的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定清肺抑火片中黄芩苷、大黄酚、栀子苷、芒果苷、盐酸小檗碱、白花前胡甲素含量,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立清肺抑火片近红外定量分析模型.结果 创建的近红外定量分析模型的相关系数(R2)分别为0.9584,0.9217,0.9555,0.9512,0.9388,0.9221;均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.226,0.017,0.062,0.008,0.026,0.005.结论 利用近红外光谱建立的定量模型,能对清肺抑火片中黄芩苷、大黄酚、栀子苷、芒果苷、盐酸小檗碱、白花前胡甲素的含量进行无损测定.
Determination of Multiple Bioactive Constituents of Qingfei Yihuo Tablets by NIRS and HPLC
Objective To establish a rapid method for simultaneous determination of baicalin,chrysophanol,geniposide,mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and praeruptorin A in Qingfei Yihuo Tablets.Methods The contents of baicalin,chrysophanol,geniposide,mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and praeruptorin A in Qingfei Yihuo Tablets were determined by HPLC.Partial least squares method(PLS)was used to establish the near infrared quantitative analysis model of baicalin,chrysophanol,geniposide,mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and praeruptorin A in the samples.Results R2 of the established near infrared quantitative analysis models for baicalin,chrysophanol,geniposide,mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and praeruptorin A were 0.9584,0.9217,0.9555,0.9512,0.9388 and 0.9221,respectively.RMSECV were 0.226,0.017,0.062,0.008,0.026 and 0.005,respectively.Conclusion The quantitative analysis models established by NIRS can be used for rapid and nondestructive determination of baicalin,chrysophanol,geniposide,mangiferin,berberine hydrochloride and praeruptorin A in Qingfei Yihuo Tablets.
