Simultaneous Determination of Schisandryl Methyl,Paeoniflorin and Genipionic Acid in Jinhua Mingmu Pills by RP-HPLC
Objective To establish a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of schisandryl methyl,paeoniflorin and genipionic acid in Jinhua Mingmu Pills.Methods Hypersil Hypurity ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The mobile phase for gradient elution was consisted of acetonitrile(A)-0.3%phosphoric acid solution(B),and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelengths were set at 249 nm for schisandryl methyl,230 nm for paeoniflorin,and 254 nm for genipionic acid,respectively.The injection volume was 10 μl.Results Schisandryl methyl,paeoniflorin and genipionic acid showed good linear relationships in the concentration range of 0.2991-29.91,0.05802-5.802,0.0981-9.81 μg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.18%,100.15%and 100.42%,respectively.The RSDs of precision tests and repeatability tests were both less than 5.0%.Conclusion This method not only has the advantages of simple pre-processing,but also has better specificity and repeatability compared with the methods listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),which has reference value for improving national standards.
