Determination of Volatile Aroma Components of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos in Different Periods by SBSE-TD/GC-MS
Objective To analyze the volatile aroma components and contents of Lonicerae japonicae Flos at different developmental stages. Methods The composition and contents of volatile aroma components in Lonicerae japonicae Flos at different stages were obtained by stir bar sorption extraction-desorption/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SBSE-TD/GC-MS)combined with internal standard quantification. Results The contents of aroma components detected in"Dabai","Yinhua"and"Jinhua"period were 3.35,8.42,9.88 μg/g FW,respectively.15 aroma components were detected in"Dabai"period, and the aroma was the weakest.A total of 33 aroma components were detected in"Yinhua"period, and the aroma was strong.40 aroma components with the strongest aroma were detected in"Jinhua"period. There was a high content of acids in"Dabai"period, the main components were hexadecanoic acid, acetic acid, benzoic acid, limonene, etc.;the main components detected at"Yinhua"period were esters, terpenes and acids, and the contents of methyl benzoate, geraniol D and hexadecanoic acid were high. The main components detected at"Jinhua"period were esters, terpenes and alcohols, and the contents of methyl benzoate, geraniol D,linalool, and hecenyl benzoate were high. Conclusion The aroma components obtained by this method are mainly low carbon aroma components. From"Dabai","Yinhua"to"Jinhua"period, the number and contents of aroma components increase, the contents of acid components decrease, and the contents of terpenes, alcohols and esters increase, which can provide a basis for the functional development of Lonicerae japonicae Flos in different periods.
