Application of Small Interfering RNA Based on Nano Delivery Carriers in Tumor Therapy
Small interfering RNA(siRNA)drugs can specifically regulate pathogenic target genes,which have good efficacy and minimal side effects.The main advantages of nanocarrier systems in siRNA delivery are low cytotoxicity,high transfection efficiency,good stability,and the ability to perform specific delivery through active and passive targeting and protect nucleic acid molecules from enzymatic degradation.This article reviews the application progress of siRNA loaded nanodelivery systems in tumor therapy,aiming to provide new ideas for tumor treatment.
