Construction and Application of Optimal Implementation Mode for Prevention and Control of Doping Risk in China
With the methods of literature review,expert interview and Delphi method,this study reviewed the current Chinese doping risk prevention and control system;combined with the specific practice and experience of China's anti-doping management,it finally built the best implementation mode of doping risk prevention and control in the new era in China.It is mainly composed of 9 first-level indicators,including system construction,institution construction,education prevention,inspection,result management,food-drug-nutrition management,comprehensive competition,cooperation and exchange,and innovative evaluation and self-examination,as well as 33 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators;and the best implementation mode is applied in practice.The mode is an important reflection of constantly anti-doping governance system improvement,an important starting point for the comprehensive implementation of"zero doping emergence",and also provides the main basis and reference for the construction of the anti-doping governance system and the improvement of governance capacity of the national team and provincial sports teams.
