Pain Spot and Paradigm Shift of Geriatric Managed Care Talents Cultivation and Management from the Perspective of Exercise-health Integration
By using the methods of literature review,logic analysis and individual interview,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the geriatric managed care from the perspective of the integration of exercise and health,thinks about the pain points,and makes a paradigm shift.The pain spots are as follows:The concept of talent training idea is backward,and the interdisciplinary of physical education and health has not received much attention;talent training model is not flexible and lack of personality education for the elderly;unreasonable talent post and lack of geriatric health care functions;talent resource management is not in place,and the development of the elderly health industry lacks vigor.The paradigm shift include integrating the exercise and health into the discipline construction,and training the geriatric managed care talents needed by the new era;innovative implementation of personality training mode to build professional geriatric managed care;improving the geriatric managed care mechanism,and building the industry function and post framework;improving the management of talent resources in the market and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
