Construction of a Pilot Zone for High-quality Development of Sports Public Service System in Northwest China:Taking the Ningxia Section of the Yellow River Basin as an Example
The high-quality development of sports public service system is an important strategic goal of China's sports industry,and the construction of a pilot zone for high-quality development of sports public service system is a powerful guarantee to meet people's diversified sports needs,promote regional development,and promote China's progress from a sports country to a sports power.This study uses literature review and logical analysis to study the target positioning and practical basis of the pilot zone in Ningxia,and analyzes the dilemma and practice path.The study believes that the system and mechanism are not perfect in the construction of sports public service system in Ningxia.The guarantee of venue facilities and resources for providing social services is weak,the protection of sports social organizations and sports talent resources is insufficient,and the channels for sports service capital investment are not extensive.At the level of coordinated development,it shows that the form of supply is single,and competitive sports and mass sports fail to interact benignly to form a pattern of coordinated development.Based on this,it is proposed that we improve the operation mechanism of sports public services and strengthen the overall planning and standardization construction;ensure the supply and demand of sports public services,improve supply efficiency and equal development;enrich the organizational forms of sports public services,and promote the specific practice path of carrier innovation and intelligent upgrading.
