Service Quality Evaluation Model of International Mount Tai Climbing Festival:Coding Analysis Based on Nvivo Software
Event service quality is an important indicator to measure the high-quality development of mass sports events.International Mount Tai Climbing Festival is not only a featured event in Shandong province,but also a brand event,and the service quality determines the benign development of the event.By adopting the method of literature review,logic analysis,with the service quality as the research object,combined with root qualitative analysis,the study has built International Mount Tai Climbing Festival service quality evaluation model.The model includes six service quality influence categories:tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,empathy and brand effect,and takes tangibility and responsiveness as the event cognitive management;reliability and assurance as the event safety management;empathy and brand effect as the event personalization service management.It is concluded that the SERVQUAL model can effectively evaluate the service quality of the Festival and provide reference for the service evaluation system of sports events.
