摘要
运用文献研究法,以可持续发展理念下世界生态环境现状和 2022 年卡塔尔世界杯为实现碳中和目标所公开发布的政策报告为切入点,分别总结卡塔尔世界杯碳中和进程以及具体实施路径,在梳理分析后,加入当前中国足球赛事碳减排发展的现状探究,并结合我国足球发展前景,提出今后足球赛事碳中和实施之路:(1)深耕赛事,构建碳中和政策顶层设计;(2)科学监管,完善碳中和发展管理机制;(3)以点带面,加快与赛事碳中和的对接.立足我国国情,借鉴国外成熟经验,以期为中国足球赛事环境发展提供参考.
Abstract
By using the literature research method and starting from the current situation of the world ecological environment under the concept of sustainable development and the policy report publicly released by the 2022 Qatar World Cup to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,the carbon neutrality process of the Qatar World Cup and the specific implementation path are summarized respectively.After the analysis,the research on the current situation of carbon emission reduction development of China's football matches is added.Combined with the development prospect of Chinese football,the way of carbon neutralization in the future construction of football event is proposed:1)Deepen the games and build the top-level design of carbon neutral policy;2)Scientific supervision to improve the carbon neutral development management mechanism;3)Speed up the carbon neutral docking with the events.Based on China's national conditions,we will learn from the mature experience of foreign countries in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese football match environment.
