摘要
山东省历来高度重视反兴奋剂工作,经过近几年的不懈努力,全面提升了反兴奋剂治理能力,形成"防反并举、惩教结合"的工作体系,为全国范围的省市反兴奋剂工作提供了"山东模式".该文通过对山东省反兴奋剂组织体系模式、教育模式、工作模式及其创新进行介绍,以期为其他地区反兴奋剂工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
Shandong Province has been attaching great importance to anti-doping work.With unremitting efforts in recent years,the anti-doping governance capabilities of Shandong has been comprehensively improved,having formed"precaution and education,combined with prevention and punishment"work system and a characteristic"Shandong anti-doping work mode".This paper introduces the system mode,education mode,working mode and innovation of Shandong anti-doping organization,in order to provide reference for the anti-doping work in other provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities.
