A Case Study of Postpartum Recovery Training for Elite Female Judo Athletes
Objective:To explore the systematic physical rehabilitation training program and monitoring method for the postpartum recovery training of female athletes,and provide reference for the postpartum recovery training of female athletes.Methods:Taking an elite female judo athlete's post-natal recovery training as an example,an 18-week systematic physical recovery training and monitoring record program was developed from three aspects,namely,the improvement of post-natal problems,the prevention and treatment of injury and disease,and the improvement of physical recovery,and the follow-up training and competition was continuously tracked and guaranteed.Results:After 18 weeks of systematic physical rehabilitation training,the athlete's postpartum problems were solved and physical fitness was improved,the injury problems well controlled,the upper body strength progressively improved,and the lower body strength more balanced,and finally the actual combat training was successfully resumed and excellent competition results were achieved.Conclusion:Postpartum athletes can still achieve excellent results through systematic physical rehabilitation training and monitoring,and the postpartum recovery training program has positive significance for prolonging the sports life of female athletes.
