Construction and Empirical Study of the Principal's Leadership Evaluation Index System for the Development of School Football
The study is to establish principal's leadership evaluation index system for the development of school football and provide theoretical reference for principals to lead the sustainable development of school football.Based on literature analysis and Delphi expert consultation,an evaluation index system was established,and an empirical survey was conducted on principals of school football characteristic schools in Shandong.SPSS and AMOS were used to conduct item analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity tests on the survey data results,and scientific validation of the index system was conducted.Research suggests that the system includes 5 dimensions:structural leadership,interpersonal leadership,teaching leadership,curriculum leadership,and cultural leadership and has certain scientific utility.The overall ability level of the principals in Shandong Football Characteristic School to lead school football development is relatively good,but there are constraints in the internal sub dimension level,and the cultural leadership is obviously weak.In view of this,the rational path is proposed from two perspectives of value rationality and instrumental rationality.
