Dilemma and Breakthrough of Mass Sports Events Governance Mechanism in China from Perspective of Multi-subject Governance
This paper made a systematic analysis of the theoretical connotation,existing dilemmas and breakthrough paths of the governance mechanism of mass sports events in China from the perspective of multi-subject governance by comprehensive use of literature review and logical analysis.The study found that from the perspective of multi-subject governance,mass sports events have such dilemmas as unclear governance concept at the level of cooperation mechanism,unclear governance responsibility boundary,insufficient governance resources at the level of security mechanism,lack of governance risk assessment and unclear supervision governance.In view of this,it is still necessary to deepen the concept of event collaborative governance and improve the cooperation mechanism of event governance in the future;define the responsibilities of different subjects and improve the responsibility mechanism of event governance;ensure the supply of multiple resources for the event and improve the event governance guarantee mechanism;strengthen the event risk prevention,improve the event governance risk assessment mechanism;clarify the way of event governance and supervision,and improve the event governance and supervision mechanism.
