Effect of High-energy Laser Intervention Before Exercise on Anaerobic Power of Lower Limbs
Objective:To explore the effect of high-energy laser intervention on quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscles before 30 s Wingate pedal exercise on muscle anaerobic power. Methods:Randomly divide 20 undergraduates majoring in sports training from Shandong Sport University into 2 groups:control group and experiment group, and the experiment group got the intervention before Wingate experiment while the control group did not.Compare the indicators of the 2 groups after exercise, including peak power, average power, relative peak power and relative average power,to explore the influence of high-energy laser for lower limb anaerobic power. Results:The intervention with high-energy laser before exercise can improve the muscle contraction and improve the peak power of anaerobic work. The experiment group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05),and the relative average power and the relative peak power were also significantly improved, with the relative peak power being significantly different(P<0.05),but not the relative average power. Conclusion:The use of high-energy laser before exercise can improve the anaerobic peak power and relative peak power, which can improve the ability of anaerobic work.
