行走过程中左右侧乳房运动的不对称性研究

探讨左右侧乳房的运动学特征和差异,为运动中如何保护乳房及运动文胸的研究和设计提供理论依据和建议。方法:运用Qualisys红外光动作捕捉系统测试12名C罩杯女性在6 km/h行走过程中裸胸及穿运动文胸状态下左右两侧乳房的运动学特征,采集频率为200 Hz。结果:两侧乳房在着运动文胸和裸胸2种状态下有相似的运动轨迹;裸胸走时两侧乳房的运动范围差异较大,着运动文胸走时两侧乳房的运动范围差异较小。结论:裸胸时两侧乳房的运动范围存在显著性差异,左侧乳房的运动范围明显大于右侧乳房;着运动文胸时两侧乳房的运动范围差异减小,左侧乳房位移减小率明显大于右侧乳房位移减小率,着运动文胸可以减小两侧乳房运动范围的差异。
Research on the Asymmetry of the Left and Right Breast during Walking
To investigate kinematic characteristics and asymmetry of the left and right breast ,to protect the breast better and to provide theoretical support for bra designers .Methods:12 healthy C‐cup females were invited to perform walking activities under braless and a sports bra condition .The subjects per‐formed walking activity on a treadmill at the speed of 6km/h .Their breast movements were captured u‐sing a ten‐camera Qualisys Motion Capture System with 200 Hz sampling frequency .Result :the trajecto‐ries of the left and right breast under braless and a sports bra condition showed a similar shape ,the differ‐ence of displacement of the left and right breast was larger under braless conditions than that of the sports bra conditions .Conclusions :There were significant differences in the displacement of the left and right breast under braless condition .The magnitude of displacement of the left breast was significantly larger than that of the right breast .Sports bra can reduce the difference between the displacements of both sides of the breast .Reduced percentage of the left breast displacement was significantly larger than that of the right breast .
