The learning evaluation of physical education and health courses is a key measure and important guarantee to ensure the implementation of curriculum reform.The Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)has developed academic quality standards,which provide a basis for the reform of the evaluation of the learning of physical and health curriculum in compulsory education.Based on a systematic analysis of the connotation and normative value orientation of the learning evaluation of physical education and health course based on academic quality,with the evaluation triangle theory as the theo retical basis,a practical framework for learning evaluation of physical education and health curriculum is constructed that integrates cognition,observation,interpretation and application.The academic quality standard is the basis for designing the cognition framework,the learning evaluation index system is the specific content of the evaluation,and the evidence-based reasoning process model is the basic paradigm for the learning evaluation of the physical education and health curriculum.
