Collaborative Governance Dilemmas and Strategies for Ethnic Traditional Sports and Tourism in China:An Analysis Based on the SFIC Model
Collaborative governance of ethnic traditional sports resources and the tourism industry in China is crucial for improving the quality and efficiency of sports tourism.Using literature review and logical analysis methods,this study analyzes the current state of collaborative governance of ethnic traditional sports resources and the tourism industry in China from the perspectives of collaborative foundation,driving forces,top-level design,and collaborative outcomes,etc.Based on the SFIC revised model,this study examines the dilemmas in its collaborative governance,which mainly include:1)the collaborative interaction mechanism among governance entities is not yet fully developed;2)governance entities face the dilemma of imbalanced rights and responsibilities;3)the implementation details of collaborative governance policies are delayed;4)multiple obstacles exist in the operation of the collaborative governance mechanism;and 5)the evaluation and feedback mechanisms for collaborative effectiveness are inadequate.Based on these dilemmas,this study proposes strategies to address the collaborative governance challenges of ethnic traditional sports resources and the tourism industry in China.
