The Theoretical Logic,Realistic Review and Advancing Path of the Integration of Campus Basketball and Professional Basketball Youth Training in China
The integration of campus basketball and professional basketball youth training is a new mode of cultivating youth basketball reserve talents in the new era,which aims to solve the problem of the lack of youth basketball reserve talents,give full play to the function of educating the youth basketball,and enhance the popularity and competitive level of Chinese basketball.Literature,interview and logical analysis methods are used to clarify the theoretical logic of deep integration of both sides,examine the current difficulties of integration,and put forward the promotion path of deep integration.At present,there are still some obstacles in the integration of campus basketball and professional basketball youth training,such as the integration mechanism is not perfect,the training goal is not unified,the lack of security system,and the obvious contradiction of learning and training.In this regard,the action policy driven by system integration,guided by target integration,supported by resource integration and centered on student growth is proposed,and the top-level design,education system,education motivation and education model of the integration of both sides are planned as a whole,so as to further promote the deep integration of campus basketball and professional basketball youth training and build a new pattern of talent training in the national education system.
