Analysis and Implications of European CSPAP's Motivating Strategies:Based on Self-determination Theory
Students'physical activity motivated by intrinsic motivation can satisfy the goal request of"Four in One"and facilitate modernized and high-quality development of school physical activities promotion in the new era.By literature review and logical analysis, the motivating strategies of European comprehensive school physical activity plans were analyzed based on the Self-determination Theory, and implications were put forward. These motivating strategies satisfy students'basic psychological needs, enhance students'intrinsic motivation, and promote the internalization of extrinsic motivation.Based on the present status and problems of the motivating strategies of Chinese school physical education promotion work,it is proposed to strengthen students'intrinsic motivation stimulation by macro management;refine and provide physical activities that intrinsically motivate students;construct the sports department of school student organizations and increase their participation in school sports work;establish a multi-party governance system for school physical activities and promote the cooperation among families, schools, and communities;emphasize students'self-nourishment for intrinsic motivation of physical activities and their independent intention to be physically active.
