社会资本与公益社会体育指导员服务行为之间的关系研究——兼论信息获取和组织支持感的中介效应与调节效应

为了探讨社会资本与公益社会体育指导员的服务行为之间的关系及其作用机制,运用问卷调查法对994名公益社会体育指导员进行了调查.结果显示:社会资本的3个维度(社会网络、社会规范、社会信任)均能显著促进公益社会体育指导员的服务行为;在社会规范-信息获取-服务行为、社会网络-信息获取-服务行为、社会信任-信息获取-服务行为3条影响路径中,信息获取均起了中介作用;组织支持感在社会资本与公益社会体育指导员的服务行为之间、在社会资本与信息获取之间均产生了显著的正向影响.结论:1)社会资本是影响公益社会体育指导员的服务行为的重要前因变量;2)信息获取在社会资本影响公益社会体育指导员的服务行为的过程中产生了中介效应;3)组织支持感强烈可以增强公益社会体育指导员主动搜集相关服务需求信息的意愿,进而可以促使其产生服务行为.
Research on the Relationship between Social Capital and Service Participation Behavior of Public Welfare Social Sports Instructors——The Mediating Effect and the Moderating Effect of Information Acquisition and Perceived Organizational Support
To explore the relationship between social capital and service participation behavior of public welfar-e social sports instructors and its mechanism.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 994 public welfare social sports instructors.Results:The three dimensions of social capital,social network,social norms and social trust,can significantly promote service participation behavior;In the three influence paths of social network-information acquisition-service participation behavior,social norms-information acquisition-service participation behavior,social trust-information acquisition-service participation behavior,informati-on acquisition plays a mediating role;The perceived organizational support plays a significant positive effect bet-ween social capital and service participation behavior,and between social capital and information acquisition.Conclusions:Social capital is an important antecedent variable that affects the service participation behavior of social sports instructors.Information acquisition results in an important intermediary effect in the process of social capital influencing the service participation behavior of public welfare social sports instructors.strong de-gree of organizational support will strengthen the awareness and willingness of public welfare social sports in structors to actively collect or respond to relevant demand information,and then prompt service participation behavior.
