Experience and Enlightenment of Inter-regional Governance of British Youth Physical Education
In order to further deepen the reform of the integration of sports and education and promote the integrated development of youth physical education in China,the realistic demands of youth physical education reform and the successful experience of youth physical education reform in Britain were explored by using the literature research method and logical analysis method.The study concluded that in the early 21st century,in order to deal with the youth health crisis and reverse decline in competitive sports,Britain managed the public affairs of youth physical education with the inter-regional governance model and achieved good reform results.The study also contends that Britain promotes the integrated development of youth physical education with collaborative governance,vertically and horizontally transmits the effectiveness of youth physical education policy and multi-dimensional thrust,forms the multiple mutual power dimensions of government,society and enterprises,and constitutes a cross department,cross-level and cross domain governance model.Based on this,it is proposed that we should base ourselves on the three major positions of ordinary schools,sports schools and youth sports clubs,form a new pattern of multisectoral collaboration to deepen the integration of sports and education,integrate resources for the integration of sports and education at multiple levels,and reach a consensus on the integration of sports and education in multiple fields,so as to improve the three major systems for the promotion of adolescent health,sports training and sports competitions in China.
