摘要
语言资源是语言服务的核心要素,具有重要的信息、文化、经济价值,是增强国家文化软实力的基础保障.本文论述了语言资源管理的概念和内涵特征,回顾了国内外语言资源管理的发展现状,提出从语言人力资源管理、语言信息资源管理、语言文化资源管理、语言教育资源管理,以及语言资源安全管理五个维度构建语言资源管理体系框架并逐一解读.最后,建议从政策、人才、标准三方面保障语言资源管理落实,加强新时代语言资源管理能力现代化.
Abstract
Language resource is a core component of language service with important informational,cultural,and economic values and is the foundation for enhancing the China's cultural soft power.This paper describes the concept,connotation and characteristics of language resource management.Based on the review of the current developments of international and domestic language resource management,it conceptualizes a framework of language resource management from five dimensions,namely,language human resource,language information resource,language cultural resource,language education resource,and language resource security.It is proposed in the paper that three aspects of policy,talent and standards should be implemented to ensure language resource management and to strengthen the modernization of language resource management capacity.
