摘要
人工智能技术助推着语言服务行业的数字化、智能化转型,其高效率、低成本、协同性等特征在应急语言服务领域产生了突出的社会和经济效益并具有潜在的实际应用价值.本文分析了人工智能技术在应急语言服务产品、人才培养、实践活动中的应用现状,并展望了未来发展趋势.本研究有望为深化应急语言服务智能化转型的理论研究、推进应急语言服务智能化转型的实践探索提供有益参考.
Abstract
With the distinctive features of high efficiency,low cost and cooperativity,artificial intelligence has produced fundamental social and economic benefits in the emergency language services while boasting huge potential practical and application value.The paper analyzes the application status of artificial intelligence in products of emergency language services(ELS),talents training and practices,and it further provides insights into the future application of artificial intelligence in ELS.Hopefully,the paper can be inspirational for the in-depth theoretical study on and practical application of the combination between artificial intelligence and ELS.
