全球胜任力视域下世界一流大学外语人才培养模式研究

摘要
构建人类命运共同体亟须大批具有全球胜任力的高层次国际化人才参与全球治理.本研究以QS世界大学排名前十位的世界一流高校为研究对象,从语种开设、培养目标、课程设置和支撑体系四个维度对其本科人才培养模式的特征进行分析,以期为我国高校外语专业全球胜任力人才培养提供借鉴.
Abstract
To build a global community of shared future,we urgently need a large number of high-level international talents with global competence to participate in global governance.Taking the top ten world-class universities ranked by QS World University Rankings as the research subjects,this study probes into the characteristics of their undergraduate talents cultivation mode from four dimensions:languages offered,objectives of talents cultivation,curricula,and supporting system,with the hope of providing reference for the cultivation of foreign language majors with global competence in Chinese universities.
