基于语料库的中国扶贫国外报道话语研究

摘要
中国脱贫攻坚事业一直受到国外媒体的广泛关注.本研究选取NOW(News on the Web)网络新闻语料库中 2011 年 12 月至 2022 年 1 月共 91 篇国外有关中国扶贫报道话语的语料,以Fairclough三维分析模型为理论框架,从文本、话语实践和社会实践三个层面详细论述欧美西方国家、非洲国家以及南亚、东南亚国家相关新闻报道的不同焦点和背后的意识形态呈现模式.研究发现,在有关脱贫攻坚的报道中,西方媒体偏重于中国政治主题,非洲媒体更多赞扬中国扶贫成就、国际合作和经验分享,而东南亚媒体侧重扶贫在农业及经济方面的进展.通过考察不同国家和地区对中国减贫治理的认知态度,以期为中国扶贫话语体系建构提供借鉴,实现对外话语的精准化和差异化传播.
Abstract
China's poverty alleviation has been attracting considerable attention from international media.To investigate their attitudes and explore the current discourse status,this paper collects a total of 91 pieces of international news on China's poverty alleviation from December 2011 to January 2022 from News on the Web(NOW)corpus,and analyzes them based on Fairclough's three-dimensional model.From the three aspects of text,discourse practice and sociocultural practice,the study explores different focuses and ideologies of relevant news reports from western,African,and South and Southeast Asian countries respectively.Conclusions show that western countries focus on China's political coverage;African countries tend to praise China's achievements and international cooperation as well as learn from China's experience;and Southeast Asian countries concentrate on agricultural and economic progress in poverty reduction.By examining the cognitive attitudes of countries in different areas,this paper is expected to provide references for the discourse construction of China's poverty alleviation and promote the targeted and differentiated communication for Chinese media.
