翻译修改研究:现状分析与发展趋势

摘要
通过对国内外相关文献进行述评,发现翻译修改研究主要有两种范式:1)通过翻译手稿、不同时期的译本、译者与其他翻译行动者的通信等档案材料分析修改内容、动因与效果,研究对象主要为文学翻译;2)通过问卷、访谈、有声思维、键盘记录、眼动跟踪等实证手段探索译者的认知行为与修改效果,研究对象主要为非文学翻译.国内翻译修改研究的趋势与重点包括:1)加强翻译修改的实证研究,推进翻译修改能力与教学研究;2)继续推进基于翻译手稿、译者通信等原始档案的翻译修改研究,探索翻译文本的生成过程;3)注重翻译修改的理论研究,优化研究方法.
Abstract
An overview of relevant literature finds that studies on translation revision follow two major paradigms:1)to analyze specific contents,motivations and effect of translation revision through translation-related archival materials,such as translators'manuscripts,different versions of the same translated texts,correspondence between the translator and other translation actors;2)to explore the cognitive behaviors of the translator and effect of translation revision through empirical methods like questionnaire,interview,thinking-aloud protocols,translogging and eye-tracking.The former paradigm focuses on literary translation revision while the latter on non-literary translation revision.The trends of domestic studies on translation revision lie in the following aspects:1)to strengthen empirical studies and explore translation revision competence and teaching;2)to push forward studies based on primary archival materials and investigate the genetic process of translation through translation revision;3)to probe into theoretical studies on translation revision and optimize research methods.
