摘要

本文主要研究了美国《语言绩效描述语量表》及其对我国语言教学和测评的借鉴意义.首先,本文概述了该量表的基本信息,它可帮助教师针对学生语言能力等级设计语言表现任务,同时激发学习者使用更高等级的语言学习策略;其次,剖析了该量表和美国其他语言能力量表的关系和区别;再次,区分了"语言绩效"和"语言熟练度"这两个核心概念,并澄清了语言绩效的维度;然后,剖析了该量表的组织架构和组织原则;最后,详述了该量表的作用、功能和使用范围以及相关参数,并揭示了该量表对建立我国学生外语绩效描述语量表的启示以及对我国外语测评体系完善的意义.

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the American Performance Descriptor for Language Learners and its enlightments for language teaching and testing in China.Firstly,this paper outlines the basic information of this scale,which helps teachers design language performance tasks according to students'language proficiency levels and stimulates them to use higher-level language learning strategies.Secondly,it analyzes the relationship and differences between this scale and other language proficiency scales in the U.S.Thirdly,it distinguishes the two core concepts of"language performance"and"language proficiency"and clarifies the dimensions of language performance.Then,it analyzes the organizational structure and principles of this scale.Finally,it details the functions,features and application scope of this scale as well as relevant parameters,and reveals the enlightenment of this scale for establishing a foreign language performance descriptors scale for Chinese students and its significance for improving China's foreign language evaluation system.
