Constructing Advantageous Governance:The Role of Party Building in Achieving Rural Revitalization
Party building leading rural revitalization is an essential component of agricultural and rural moderni-zation.Unlike advantageous governance,constructing advantageous governance focuses on leveraging the strengths of party building and promoting good governance and can drive rural revitalization.The study found that constructing advantageous governance fosters a deep integration of co-creation and advantageous govern-ance,establishing a party-led co-governance model based on a close and sustainable interest-linkage mecha-nism and highlighting the interaction and interoperability of government,society,and the people,integrating and utilizing them to transform these into advantages for rural development.Through the multi-dimensional in-teraction of sector coordination and advantageous governance,the constructing advantageous governance mobi-lizes the functional strengths of each stakeholder and allocates the rural development resources to optimize the rural development environment through governance and services.The constructing advantageous governance co-ordinates the forces of various stakeholders in the development field,creating a development community to drive endogenous rural development,promotes the unity of rural social order and vitality,better promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.
