A Methodological Approach to the Application of the Basic Principles of Supervisory Law
Existing theoretical research and judicial practice often neglect the application of the basic principles of supervisory law,resulting in a shallow understanding of the law and a mechanical connection with other legal systems.The basic principles of supervisory law play an important methodological role in understanding and in-terpreting the law,in promoting systematic thinking among public law departments,and in supplementing the value of supervisory law.Therefore,the application of the basic principles of supervisory law must be empha-sized,along with the relationship between these principles and the purpose of supervisory law.Grounded in the substantive value of regulating public power,the significance of these principles is elucidated through internal system interpretation and value supplementation methods.
