摘要
对国内外有关青光眼患者生活质量的研究进行综述，包括青光眼的相关概念、青光眼患者生活质量现状、评估工具及影响因素。目前，我国尚缺乏针对性评估青光眼患者生活质量的工具，对心理、社会等影响患者生活质量的因素的研究不够全面，相关的干预性研究也需要进一步验证。在未来的研究中应有针对性地开发评估工具，采取大样本多中心采样，研究影响青光眼患者生活质量的各种因素。
Abstract
In this paper,we reviewed the relevant studies on glaucoma patients’quality of life,including glaucoma-re-lated concepts,status of quality of life,assessment instruments and influencing factors.At present,there are no suffi-cient assessment instruments available,and nor comprehensive studies on the psychological and social factors which can affect quality of life.In addition,clinical interventions still need to be validated.Therefore,specific assessment instru-ments should be developed to explore the influencing factors of quality of life in large-sample and multicentric studies.
